» Notify Dirección de Emprendimientos Creativos – Sector Audiovisual de la Municipalidad de Córdoba about the project to evacuate doubts about necessary procedures, facilitate permits before the relevant areas, according to the character of the project.
» In case of needing to shut down the traffic or to cut the road, the production must have proper authorization and to be implemented by relevant authority in the area. This permission needs to be requested to Dirección de Transporte de la Municipalidad de Córdoba and to be implemented by Dirección de la Policia Municipal.
» Apply for relevant permit at Dirección de Control Integral de la via pública if necessary to establish a production set for a long period in a public space.
» In all the cases where the shooting is done on the streets, the production must notify the neighbours and merchant affected, informing shooting schedule, affected areas, shooting features, parking reservation, traffic shut down, duration, name of the company in charge. It is helpful to provide a phone number to contact the production.
» The company needs to have the relevant insurance to cover own risks as well as possible damages to others, to complete the general regulations.
» Ensure to set signs showing that a shooting is being done.
» In case the shooting has place in the vicinity of Plaza San Martín, pedestrian walkways, Jesuit apple and surroundings, needs to request permission to Dirección de Área Central de la Municipalidad de Córdoba.
